Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Recommend me a road bike approx €1000

    I'm gonna try get on the bike to work scheme and am looking for a good road bike for around €1000 but am willing to add up to €500 to this for the right bike.

    Ive really got in to cycling over the last two years mainly thanks to the Tour de France. Unfortunately I had to stick to my rubbish mountain bike for cycles as I on the dole, but now I'm working I want the best road bike I can get. I'll be using it for cycling to work and cycles up the dublin mountains.

    I had looked at the Giant Defy 1, but I know absolutely nothing about which brands are best or anything like that. This is why I've come to the experts!!
