    Hi
I bought an LG42ld790 a couple of weeks ago from you guys.
I have a problem in that the tv turns itself off sometimes when turned on after a few seconds and the led flashes red after this. When I turn it on again it repeats this. If I plug it out and leave it a while it sometimes works fine and sometimes does not.
I initially thought it had something to do with energy saving mode but am not so sure as adjusting this seems to make no difference.
Any help appreciated as this is annoying not being able to rely on the tv.
    Thanks

    Carsfan,

apologies for the inconvenience with this unit - they are normally an excellent unit.

In the 1st instance I would suggest that you update the firmware (don't worry it's pretty simple) - you can find the update sortware here: http://www.lg.com/uk/support/product/support-product-profile.jsp?customerModelCode=42LD790&initialTab=drivers&targetPage=support-product-profile#

If that does not work - could you call / PM or email us with your contact details and we will arrange to get an LG authorised engineer out to you?

    Keep me posted,

    ATB,

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
