Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi all,

I have been asked by my boss to put together a slide-show of images that will run in the background of a meeting. I have a folder of the images, about 100 in total. I would to be able to have these displayed randomly for a few seconds each and for the slide-show to run on a loop for an hour or so. Is there any application that will do this.

    Thanks.

windows should be able to play the images as a slideshow; it's built into the standard picture viewer from XP upwards. it'll play them in sequence, not at random, but i doubt anyone would complain.

There are also screen savers that will show photo's at random.

Powerpoint may even fit your needs?

Doesnt sound like you need any fancy photography app for an office slideshow in a meeting?

Yeah, I'd go for powerpoint, making sure you set up some nice transitions- that will be where it gets 'fancy'. I've done this before and it worked very well.
