doctors fees

how much is enough for a doctors visit.my gp charges €50 per visit. went to him for the past 12 months for an ear infection and every visit charged €50. even only with him for 5 minutes go back the following week for him to view progres and charged full amount.should they not drop their prices for second and third visits…
