Looking for Phase 4 Grinds In Midlands/Cork Area??

As the title suggests am looking for grinds iam in cork it dureing the week so if any1 noes any1 they could reccomand that would be gr8:D..but am back home to the midlands so if any1 from laois offaly or westmeath does them leave me a reply will be mainly science dat iam struggling with... thanks in advance bifffo:D
