Your soap opera line actually is something I have noticed. They are even shooting the backstage scenes with the same camera and lighting style as US soap operas. They all have that Days of Our Lives feel to the segments.

I gave up watching TNA full time about a month ago. I just can't go through 2 hours of Russo inspired nonsense every week. TNA could be great given that they have Angle, MCMG, AJ, Samoa Joe etc. But that will never happen with Russo in charge and Dixie remaining blind to the problems that have dogged TNA since its inception in Nashville.

Whereas on Raw this week, the Santino/Sheamus segment was genuinely funny. I have problem with skits in wrestling as long as they are well done. Plus it has continued the build up to Sheamus/Morrison.

Thats basically how I feel about TNA.

Fireball Picture my comment when I quoted you wasn't meant to be a shot at you or anything. Its just my opinion on TNA as it frustrates me when I watch the show. As for your points on WWE, I agree with some of them and do see where your coming from.

Sorry BH. To get it back on topic...ya I didn't enjoy this weeks Raw. :)

The only performers on the WWE I actually enjoy watching wrestle are Daniel Bryan and I'm struggling to think of anyone else. I love Barratt and the Miz on the mic and Santino can be funny, but outside of that there's not much there.

Whereas in TNA I enjoy watching Styles, Joe, Sabin, Shelley, Williams, Kazarian, Morgan wrestle and then I love watching Bischoff, Flair and Nash (although he's gone now) on the mic. And even the womens wrestling is somewhat enjoyable compared to the tanked WWE womens division.

you don't enjoy the likes of morrison, punk, bourne, gabriel
jack swagger would wrestle rings around matt morgan

on topic i think wwe have given up on building for ppvs, here we have what is traditionally the fourth biggest ppv of the year and we have 3 matches booked for a show 12 days away and one of those a divas match :( last night they should have at least built towards a traditional survivor series match

i loled at the face girls getting booed for wearing man utd shirts last shirts, when are wwe going to learn that nobody within 200 miles of manchester supports man utd :pac:

Wow totally forgot about Punk and Gabriel. I do really enjoy watching them. Morrison not so much and I hate watching Bourne because I always feel as if he's being underused or squashed. And I much prefer Morgan to Swagger.

But on your other point and on topic, last nights Raw was a prime example of not being ar$ed about your PPV. For all the gimmick PPVs the WWE have, they seem not bothered with the gimmick for one of their most famous PPVs. Shocking really.

Sheamus at a tea party. This could be good - or cringeworthy.

Take note WWE, now that's how you do a good comedy segment!!!

The main event was better than I expected. The English fans either have no interest in their own Wade Barrett or the WWE pipped in boos for the Nexus. I suspect it was the latter.

I was at RAW and believe me all the boos were real. It was the same if not worse for John Cena and Michael Cole.
