    Myself and my son attended a water park over the weekend,he fell and hurt himself of one of the slides and cut his chin open and we ended up the hospital im just wondering should i do anything about it or leave it well enough alone.

    Accidents happen, kids run, fall and get cut. Thats Life!

    If there was a big nail sticking up and he fell on that, then yeh.

    Would you sue the council if your child fell in the park?
    or the school if your child fell in the playground?

    Just wondering was he going down the slide when he fell?

    or fell on to a slide?
