Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Forward/Reply Eircom email issue

    Having a problem with forwarding or replying to emails in an Eircom email acc.

    When an email is forwarded/replied from Eircom acc, the receipient cannot see the original text that has been forwarded/replied. Any ideas? Settings in Preferences are set to 'include original text'. Thanks.

    If you are using their webmail interface, consider using a local email client, e.g. Outlook/Thunderbird etc. Or the Opera browser includes one. AFAIK Eircom do POP3 access.
