    PC >>> console

-- Well....UT came out on PC and not a console.
So users were able to make maps/mods for the games as they wanted.
GOW was released on console, people don't have access to mod tools so they can't make or add content.

-- PC has always been online and connected to the net, so 99% of games are usually free to play online.

The subscription mentioned for GOW was XBox Live I assume, which is to pay for servers and all other online content they provide, that 'subscription' was not a Gears of War subscription.

-- I don't know about the price, but $60 is standard and has been for a long time for AAA games.

-- With regards to all the maps in UT2004, the game was a multiplayer based game, I owned it on release...I don't think it was 109 different maps...maybe variations of the same map over different modes.
The single player wasn't great at all.

GOW had a great single player campaign which was the main selling point of the game for many, the multi-player was an excellent too.

Oh, you took it seriously, I thought the joke was that someone was stupid enough to make that hilariously off base comparison and ask that inane question at the end in the first place. :o

I simplified it, but the gist is that console shooters are more expensive & less feature-rich, due to the limitations of their platform.

And therefore PC is, objectively, superior.

I was gonna say something about it being lucky it was consoles in general, and not, say, ..... xbox.
