Wine bottle cork candles

Hello, On an episode of Rachel Allen's Dinner Parties, she had some candles that she put into wine bottles. They look like corks, here's a pic I can only find them for sale on U.S websites. Would anyone know if they can be bought in Ireland and where? Thanks!
