Underground car park at SuperValu beside The Square

Hi there, I'm trying to find out the opening hours of this underground car park. I know it's also used by residents, so I imagine that section is 24 hours, but I don't know if it's open to the public for 24 hours or not. Does anyone know, or know where I can find out? Thanks... J.
