Imagine this. You decide to attend a Britain's Got Talent audition day. You sit in the audience and make yourself comfortable.

A Scottish woman comes on and does a little jig, introducing herself as Susan, and when she says she wants to be a singer you just roll your eyes at her. You're about 15, you think you know everything about being "cool" and about music, and you have no idea who this Elaine Paige woman she was talking about is.

But what if your rolling eyes were caught on camera, what if that clip was then viewed by more people then live in England, and because you attended the audition, your face has been forever captured on that footage - albeit for a brief second, a passing glance....

THE girl caught on camera rolling her eyes at Susan Boyle's TV debut told yesterday how a vicious backlash ruined her life.
Jennifer Byrne, 18, was nicknamed the 1.24 Girl after she was filmed sneering at Susan's appearance on the Britain' Got Talent stage.

She endured months of "horrible" online threats from all over the world and was even filmed by a stranger on a train.
But Jennifer told the Sunday Mail she's a great fan of Susan, and insisted the show's producers unfairly singled her out by putting her face on air.

In fairness, I wouldn't believe that the girl specifically rolled her eyes at Susan Boyle. I've been to an X Factor audition as an audience member and at the start of the show, they ask the audience to clap, give a standing ovation, look really sad, look really fed up and bored, put your hands up to your ears to block out the bad singing etc etc.

Then later, they edit all those bits in. So you could have someone looking really bored at an audition yet that facial expression was filmed earlier.

That could've happened in this case. They just edited her rolleyes look in later which was filmed at the start.

That wouldn't surprise me. They do the same with the judges, I remember Charlie Brooker pointing out the same Dannii Minogue clip being used for TWO different auditions. Sloppy editing!
That girl is not like yer one that put the cat in the wheelie bin or something terrible caught on camera. Sure, who didn't think 'Oh God, another loony tune' when they saw Susan Boyle? (I still do, to be honest!)

If it wasn't for opinions and preconceived notions ike this girl's, Susan Boyle would not have a career. Her whole ugly duckling package is what got people's interest. That's why it was edited that way.

People need to get a ****ing life and leave this girl alone. Hypocrites.
