Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I updated the most relevant boards.ie wiki page with information based on Tuesday's thread. I think the mods prefer this to having a page cluttered with stickied topics.

Yes because Raam's fashion advice is more important than the possibilty of getting your bike back. Which is actually hilarious given the recent thread on the over use of stickies.

So, the posting of found bikes is not deemed important enough to be included in the Cycling forum?

I thought the clue was in the name "cycling" ? Apparently I was wrong.

Hiding it in some Wiki-type of page is a waste of time.

It's no longer stickied and was only meant to be for last Friday.

I know this is off-topic, but how does somebody lose a hedge trimmer?

Raam's fashion advice is almost certainly useful. Posting about stolen bikes is almost always a complete and utter waste of time.

    +1 (euro)

Seriously though, what's the point in finding your bike if you can't find solid advice on how to co-ordinate your wardrobe?

('search' - 'bike stolen' = thread on garda flickr page)
