    Blah.. I've never gotten a ticket in my 6 years of driving despite going a bit over the limit a lot of the time. These are pretty extensive not going to get away with it at this rate. Are they clearly marked and stuff just in case you forget about them?

    Makes sense I suppose because Gardai can't set up manual speed camera points on smaller roads where most of the accidents/fatalities happen. I tend not to speed on those anyway because the surface is so uneven on most of them.

    I don't think the universal Slow Down message is working.
    It should be "If you're going too fast-slow down. If you're part of the drive-everywhere-at-60 km/h-brigade: Speed Up!"
    Remember: One Size Fits None.
