Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Firewire Express Card Power?

    Hello all,

    Quick question:

    I have a firewire 400 express card (ST Lab). It uses the large 6 pin firewire connector.
    I bought a bus powered external drive which has USB, FW400 and FW800.
    I need to use it though FW400.
    There doesnt seem to be power coming from my express card. Should there be?
    I have tested the FW800 port on a mac that has 800 and it works fine but I cant find a FW400 comp right now to test that port.

    Should there be power?
