I saw it a good while ago in O'Keeffe's shop, St. Luke's Cross. I'd give them a ring first though. There's a homebrew forum as well that might steer you to some...

The health food shop over Tesco, Paul St had beer kits the last time I was there so they may carry individual ingredients too.

cheers! I'll try both those places tomorrow. Gonna start with a ginger beer I saw on Rivercottage the other night first, it looks easy. We'll see how we go from there!
