Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Windows Installer

    I get an error when I try to download software .error2869.
    I have been advised to download windows installer 5 which is for windows 7 which I have .
    Should this not be already there with the windows 7 package .Also when I looked for it I cannot seem to get the downloads for windows installer 5 working.

    Have you tried logging in as Administrator and see if it does the same?

    The guy we bought the software off is logging onto my system and installing it on monday .I needed it today so thought I could install it myself .Got it onto another one of our laptops easily but this one failed .Just puzzled by windows installer 5.Cannot seem to download it .
