Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Looking at these only because the majority of components on the bike are 105s and would welcome any advice on best choice for first set of clip in pedals.

I bought a set of the Shimano R540 pedals when I recently bought my first road bike.
The pedals do the job perfectly for a recreational cyclist like myself.

Not sure what benefit there is in upgrading to the R570's. They do look to be a little wider so maybe offer better support.
