Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Utd fans will always take an interest in their biggest rivals. The numbers appearing will double or treble if they're losing.

    Surely that doesn't surprise you?

    Exactly

Can a historic equaliser be far off ?

GOAL!!!!! is what we need and fast, BABEL time, coz he's so fantastic :p

Ngog & Torres should be starting together up front - Daves hold up play is fantastic for his age and it frees up Torres from the Donkey work involved when our defenders hoof the ball up aimlessly at them

Looks like Babel is coming on.....surprised at that....Roy will probably take Torres off!

Shock horror, he's a spurs fan.

And there was alot of pool fans in the utd thread.

It was more a question of percentages ...

Seems the UTD fan takes more interest in their rivals , than vice versa .

    Me wonders Why ??

Maybe just down to personalities on this forum

In fairness to the Utd fans, it's only natural they'll come on here. I went into the match thread today when Villa scored.

It's when people come on just to rile the thread that's annoying and in fairness, the only person acting the bollix in here is a Spurs fan. It's amazing what one decent season can do to someone.

It's probably some complex mathematical formula that boils down to:

Greater possibility of your team playing shíte = Higher percentage of rival fans expressive pleasure

Given your team's current predicament, your hissy fit is thus justified.

73 min: Here's Ryan, a glove on each hand and a cheery smile on his f... no, he looks miserable as sin. To a man, Liverpool's players look thoroughly sick. Stoke are looking very comfortable, in total control.

It shouldnt take us a goal down to start actually attacking.

I think Kuyt and Babel should switch flanks

If United and Spurs fans had any sense they'd be praying for a Liverpool equaliser. The sooners we sack Hodgson the worse it is for them.

Unless you have actually worked out these percentages I suggest you stop talking absolute boll*x. If you think supporters of Liverpool don't flock to match threads when United are losing then you're deluded. The simple fact of the matter is that the percantage of games this season that ye are getting laughable resuts this season far exceeds those that United are getting. More laughable incidents at one club doesn't necessary mean a larger group laughing at ye than happens vice versa, it just means theres a similar group laughing at ye far more often. Which I'd imagine is the real reason you're getting so butt-sore.

No fear of that, I've seen better first touches on the right side on u-5 teams than Carragher + Kuyt..

I'm not a big Roy fan but is he really to blame for this tonight.
He's made the right subs but the performance has just been awful...sure the players must shoulder more responsibility for this?
