I suspect that bit is pure conjecture.

The Italian Federales have been grinding through their own investigation for months now. Same one that has netted Petacchi, amongst others.

Maurizio might want to check his facts on this statement: "the FDA (the federal agency that deals with health and drug equivalent to the FBI for crimes related to drugs)". The Food and Drug Administration are now equivalent to the FBI??
