Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Trek 1.5 Tyre Size

    Another newbie question. Just wondering does anyone have a larger tyre tha the standard 23c on their trek 1.5. I wouldnt mind a wder tyre for the winter conditions. Thanks again.

    Sure you'll be OK with 25's, 28's might be too tight.

    Drop the pressures 10-15psi below the max recommended, makes a big difference on wet roads, gives more grip.

    I have the 1.2 and i fitted the continental gatorskins 700x23 no complains so far... If you feel more comfortable with wider tires they have them in 25's and 28's
