Well it`s a very great pity the force could`nt utilize it`s considerable powers of detection and bring their van back up to Ranelagh Village, where, each night and especially at weekends they could have a highly lucrative beanfeast by ticketing or towing the multitude of illegally, selfishly and loutishly parked cars from the Chelmsford Road Junction onwards.

However I suspect that might fly counter to whatever....errrmm...arrangements exist for policing this strtetch.... ;););)

Ironic given the extremely efficient and over zealous enforcement by DSPS of the badly maked bus bay outside the restaurants near the LUAS. As soon as the clock strikes 7pm, DSPS head for Ranelagh!

Make a complaint to DCC this is the basis that they use for telling DSPS to enforce an area.

the privatre company will be paid by the hour so i cant see them being on the job for very long given the state of the public finances, and they will operate at accident blackspots where parking a van will present even more danger to the public!

Still going from strength to strength at €16,000,000 this year.
