Pole Dancing Classes for Fitness?

I'm looking to get in shape for Xmas and the newyear and heard Pole Dancing classes are a good way of working out for those that aren't a fan of boring running and weights. Can anyone recommend good classes in the Dublin area or any sites I can look at for classes?
