What will you be doing this day week?

Feeling really happy after seeing The National :)

Are you likely to be stuck in your locale due to snow?

Nope, have very little interest in all those shows.

To sleep or not to sleep?

To sleep or not to sleep?

Depends on whether or not you have something interesting to do...
But generally I always go with not. :)

I like the snow, but not the eventual slush. I enjoy wearing scarves and gloves and other such cuddlesome attire.

What's your favourite type of jam?

    /anger.

    Favourite midnight snack?

varies a lot. tends to be crisps or an apple, but don't have anything to drink cos then i have to get up in the middle of the night to pee :o

do you hate ipods/iphones like i do?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,419 ✭✭✭✭jokettle

No, I have a love/hate relationship with my iPhone. I love it because it's shiny and because it's great for work, but I hate it because I'm always tethered to work emails no matter how far away I am from the office. Any smartphone would do though, I don't really get the Apple fanboy thing!

Should I brave the weather tomorrow and go to work, or have a snow day? Bearing in mind I'm a postgrad student so no-one really cares if I show up at the office or not.... :)

ara take the day off, no one will notice :D

    what's your postgrad in?

What are your plans once you get your degree?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 11,924 ✭✭✭✭RolandIRL

Have not got a clue :o don't even know what my degree will be in yet (have to choose one of the above subjects or something else), was thinking about doing a HDip after, and getting into 2ndary teaching but job prospects don't look good :(

how's it going so far? heavy workload or is it mostly just research?
