Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I have Microsoft Office xp professional installed on both my desktop and Laptop. When I try to open a link in an e-mail, it works on the desktop, but not on the laptop. It gives me a pop-up error about settings and to contact system administrator!
It was working fine up to recently. Anyone have any ideas what might be wrong?
    Thanks.

Sounds like group policy and/or registry setting has been changed by someone or something.

Ordinarily you don't have much control over these settings unless you are connected to an Exchange server AFAIK. There is some option to enable and disable attachment opening somewhere in tools -> options in Outlook but as I said it is quite limited.

Thanks for your reply, JPL, I fixed it last night, and you are right, it had some bug in a registry file that was left there after I un-installed Google Chrome!

Very good. I've not seen that one before, but definitely one to watch out for!
