AMD Phenom II X4 3.2 Buying question

Upgrading the PC soon, I have a budget of 200 euros.

I was looking at the AMD x4 processor,

It cheaper than the intel i5.

anybody have any opinions on this processor, Good or bad? or U prefer intel .

where is the best price, the best I can get is 140 inc postage Ebay USA.

What motherboard you prefer ? Gigabyte or ASUS.

I prefer Gigabyte MoBo's, but that's only because it's the only MoBo I've ever owned.

Only downsides to that site are:
1. Flat rate of €30 shipping (great for a load of stuff, crap for a single item)

I think the Phenom II's are great processors, especially for the money you're paying for them.
