We require a childminder in the New Year (when my wife goes back to work) for two children, one aged 3 years and the other 6 months. Full day (8.30 a.m. to 5.30 a.m.), non-smoker only, transport essential for play school drop off and collection (12.30 to 3.30). References preferred.

Do you want a childminder to come to your home or do you want to send your children to a childminder as one is an employee and the other a service provide?

If you want a list of childminders that work in their own homes then you should contact the Waterford County Childcare Committee, Rosemary is the Childminding Advisor for the county and can send out the list.

Send the children to a childminder. We have the list from the Co. Council but most appear to be Dungarvan and west-Waterford based.

maybe your best bet would to put an add in your local shop or even ask in there as they may know who does it locally, and you will get verbal reccomendations.
