Do you think Will & Barry went to meet the entrepreneurs' on an empty stomach and that's why the hot meal appealed to them?

I still can't get over Barry being poor at presentations, If I was PM I would have been thinking get him on every single one, cause I thought he was full of confidence.

He's a good looking man and got the job on his looks, ok. It's been happening for years with women on tv and finally finally we girls were given a hawt man on a Monday night.

    God bless TV3.

as bill said he didnt demonstrate it at all, it was painfull watching his presentation

The word "innovative" is way overused on this show.

And the way Bill pronounces it pisses me off.

Not so much that, but i couldn't get over the fact he was nervous, messing up his words etc. I thought he would be able to at least confidently "spoof" his way through a presentation.

Yet the word irony completely absent.

I'm going to enter this next year, don't want to win as I don't want to be at Bill's 6am meetings, but the real prize will be cleaning up with the women at Copper's Breffney shtyle.

there is about 10-15 words between this and the UK one which make me cringe

So with the show being pushed back an hour while "Celebrity" is on, Vincent Browne must be getting Monday nights off for the next few weeks?

  • Registered Users Posts: 7,570 ✭✭✭patmac

Christ he's so non. Dan will be forgotten in a few weeks.

Especially for a show that lacks any to begin with. We only watch it because it's so bad and makes us feel better about our own crummy lives to begin with (that and there's nothing on Monday nights these days, whatever happened to RTE Two's comedy nights?). :)

    List of annoying Apprentice/Business words and Phrases;

    -shake the trees
-at the end of the day
    -to be honest
    -yes Bill
    -I'm still learning
    -warrior
    -liathrodia(spelling)

    Any others???

What's the reason for being reasonable?

    Is that an unreasonable question?

On the English one: Last few years I was annoyed by all the very British subservience with 'Yes Sir Alan, No Sir Alan, Good Morning Sir Alan' etc.
Now he's been promoted and they all call him 'Lord Sugar'......I just could never ever calll anybody that.....drives me mad!

I couldn't either, luckily there's no irish honours system, can ya imagine havin to kow-tow to Bill Cullen or bow to Bono?

But the Brits seem to love that. Strange, but each to thir own I suppose.

I'd love to see Vinnie Browne guest star for Bill one night; you can imagine in the board room after when he's grilling them "jesus christ" "for gods sake" :D

Barry set the indoor record for most usage of the word "Literally" on tonight's show.
