Park run free 5k belfast

    Only post here occasionally...

    For those of you who may be about Belfast there is a new park run.

    This is a 5k every saturday morning at 9:30 a.m. in the waterworks. This is free and you can just turn up if you feel like it. http://www.parkrun.com

    Just register a bar code and turn up if you wish.

    (Sorry I hope this is not construed as spam but I know a few people who have put a lot of work into this so hope it's a success. Anything to generate a few numbers...)
