according to those articles i quoted the average home in ireland is in debt to 110,000 or there abouts. i dont know exactly but would you agree that there is around a quarter of a million homes in the country? thats 27 and a half billion euro

also i assume when you say people were bailed out by their friends i assume your talking about the developers? i must also assume that means you dont know the first thing about what you are talking about because the developers did not get a bail out, the banks. huge difference
You are saying we are all equally to blame, from bottom to top. I am disagreeing. I was reffering to banks not developers.

everyone in the country benefitted from the last twenty years of boom in some way
Again, it's scale. All I noticed was a glut of minimum wage jobs.

i dont really understand you point
More middle class does not mean 'everbody'. You are tagging the entire country and putting them on par with developers/politician and bank officials.

 ok im sure in your world its wrong just because you said it is but in reality i have shown you figures that prove it is right all you had to do was read further on in the thread
You are repeating the same FFail bull****. Having responded a number of times, I went with you are wrong.

    please elaborate
What you posted was ignorant to me. Stating that if people got their economic read on things from red top papers they get what they deserve. You'll find a lot of decent tax paying people will read a red top or two on a lunch break.

and these people get off scott free because we should have been able to trust them?
As much as it could be argued, falling for bull**** and voting FFail is not a crime. Why should they be penalised for buying FFail crap? Some people are trusting and naive.

the average person was of course to thank for the boom aswell, i thought that went without saying. it wasnt a totally artificial boom after all, alot of people worked very hard to be succesfull which helped the country be successfull
I don't recall Berties mob posting me a cheque during the 'boom', but I have to pay for it.
