UPC problems in D15

    Has anybody else experienced high pings and packet loss in the D15 area with UPC,

    I have not had any issues with packet loss or pings, connection drops every now and again but thats it, ive reset the modem twice today, it seems a bit better now, I rang support and they can see no problems, I also could not access the modem configuration page.

    This seems random sometimes after 5/6 tries I can get in, I also tested on different web browsers and 2 other computers and it seems to be the same on them all.

    Here is some ping results, they were alot higher than this earlier (800/900ms)
    (also I do have IP Flood Detection dissabled)
