Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

At risk of sounding incredibly dense...Sony MP3 player help?

Hi my 10yr old daughter got a Sony Walkman NWZs638F for a pressi ages ago. We...or rather her dad copied her CD's and transferred them to the MP3 player for her. She is not getting the value out of it she would like.

So the question is (from a non MP3 player user....) where does she buy downloads from instead of copying CDs all the time? Amazon.co.uk seems to have a copyright issue with sales outside UK. Is itunes only for Apple products. I know this is ABC stuff but it confuses the hell out of me.

Also as this is a relatively old model can I use any Sony docking station for it? I'd like to get her one. Thanks so much in advance for anyone who is prepared to babystep me on the simple issue of buying digital music when not for an ipod!!!

I'd imagine sony's dock's are still compatible, but anyway the product information where ever you're buying from should say what it's compatible with.

As for downloads, I don't think their are many alternatives to itunes in ireland, and the only one I can hink of right now is http://ie.7digital.com/
