Duck salad

    I had a gorgeous duck salad in a restaurant in Ashbourne a while back. It had ginger, pineapple, cucumber and a few other things that I can't remember.
    Was wondering if anyone could recommend a recipe that would be similar ?

    Em,
    Duck pan fried with ginger and pineapple,
    over
    lettuce, red onion, shredded cucumber and croutons


    tbh, its all in your psot really

    If it was Asian style I would suggest try a dressing of soy or fish sauce, lime juice, honey, garlic, and ginger over the ingredients that you can remember were in it.
