Howdy everyone, I was hoping for some help. Im currently in my 1st year of Science in TCD. I've heard from a few people that sometimes if somebody does extremely well in their first year exams in Science they can be allowed to transfer into medicine. I was just wondering if anybody had heard of this happening?

No, you'd have to reapply through the CAO and have sufficient combined HPAT and LC score. Good first year results COULD let you skip premed (even if you didn't have the LC sciences) but its at the discretion of the college.
