Ghost Child In Savannah Cemetery?

The video above is said to show something paranormal. An image of what some are calling a ‘ghost child’ that runs through Colonial Park Cemetery in Savannah Georgia. The image is seen running in the background, running by some tombstones. We then see some object, which many think is the ghost, shoot up a tree and moments later drop down.

How in Gods name was she able to distinguish that. Why do people who see these things make statements like that. Its perhaps possible that the child is some sort of transmorfer that can turn into a catlike animal ..... perhaps it was Jacob Black?

basically that even though the video guy claims he never touched the video itself in anyway, that theres a definite cut in it (which there is, since the walking couple seem to jump a few feet ahead)

Yes it says moments later and cuts to a scene a few seconds later hence the skip.

im missing the plot here. its quite clear in the video the couple jump a good bit ahead. are we saying thats because it was a few moments later? (which it obviously was, but the point is the video apparently wasnt edited)
