    1. Right IP? Its changed a few times so look a few pages back for the latest! ;)
    2. Using 1.8.1? 1.9.p* won't work!
    3. Right username? You sure you gave Tal the exact username? (no missing or added underscores etc.)

    I'm using 1.8.1 and gave the right username. I didn't think I could be using the wrong IP so I'll have a look and see :)

    Can't connect to the server - hell, can't even poll it. Has it crashed??

    EDIT - It did and my inventory was wiped. Now I have to go anyway :(

    I'm really not having any luck at all for this server launch :o First all the wood is spawnlocked, then I find that I can't break the tress outside spawn, then the crash, then I lose all my inventory, then night falls before I can find any trees that aren't locked, then I get creeper'd and lose my inventory AGAIN, then I'm trapped inside a spawnlocked tree's leaves, then I'm tped into the earth, then I log back on and its night... again!

    I haven't acquired one block of wood in 1.0 :o
