Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

First question would be do you rough it a bit/ whats your budget?

Myself and the Mrs went on a few trips this summer and we just booked into hostels (double room) along the way. The lonely planet was very handy, any guidebook really.
It worked out at about 30 - 35 euros for the two of us, anywhere we went business was down a lot and they were happy for us to randomly turn up.
Some places were better than others but the least you get is a basic room, sometimes a breakfast too.
We also sometimes camped a bit along the way this was fairly cheap but we found that it can take a bit more time to set up the tent and is really best if you are staying somewhere for more than one night.

I like to leave it all open and see how far I get in a day on a roadtrip, its hard to plan really especially for landscape photography.
