Putting the fada in your User Name?

Hi. I've just signed up and was trying to put the fada over the second 'a' but the system didn't seem to let me. I then searched other User Names and tried to copy and paste the 'á' in their name but it still didn't work. How can I get it in? Thanks. Fuaránach

You can't I'm afraid. Any letter with a fada is considered a special character by the system, in the same way that ! or ? are. We found that they were causing significant issues in the database so their use for usernames has been disabled.
