Well known nightclub serving sloppy seconds

I need some advice. I was in a fairly well known nightclub in Dublin last night when I noticed the barman emptying the contents of the drip tray (waste beer, spillage tray) into a pint glass. I thought nothing of it until I saw him pouring it into the pints of beer he was pulling and selling to the customers!! I couldn't…

Ive been a doorman on some big clubs in Dublin and it happens everywhere, even with bottles!! where there would be 2 half bottles of say Bud the non national staff were "Told" to top the bottles up with the other bottles of Bud and recap them. As for pints dont get me started. One place had a drip tray for the lager going into a keg and around 1am ish the staff would change the keg...........I'll leave the rest to you. As for the drinks company, just incase they call the "dodgy kegs" are well hid in the cellar or put out as empty.
