I've found chaffing more and more of a problem since I've started hitting 16km more and more and 8km on shorter runs and I really need a proper solution to it, its generally the nipples.

I've been thinking of buying this http://www.runways.ie/store/product/1612/B-Gli-Anti-Chafing-Cream/

    However are there better solutions?

That's what I get for reading boards on my phone and not opening links. :D

In fairness to The Hammer the site he's linked to has a much better selection of stuff so I'd find that useful as I've been looking for a decent selection of hydration belts also :)

I bought the large tub of bodyglide from Irishfit in the end, lets see how it works out.
