Recommend architect/planning consultant in Sligo

I am looking to build in a tricky enough spot in Sligo and I need a good archictect with local knowledge to help meget the planning through . Can anyone Recommend a good architect/planning consultant in Sligo for this?

I am in a similiar situation to this person. I am ready to start a retrofit job (In Sligo) but finding it difficult to get a builder to even look at the project. Any recommendation for a builder who might be available would be appreciated (PM would be fine)
