    Hi Im really hoping someone can help me.
    We have a client who owes us a considerable amount of money. To date he has refused to pay but since we started to put some pressure on him I've noted that he's set up another company called "'original name'" international ltd".

    I suspect he is trying to bury the company and start a new one.
    Question is there anything I can do?

    Any point advising revenue etc or am i screwed?
