Round timer or clock?

Hi all

I was wondering if anyone knows where I could get a round timer(minutes) for the wall of my studio like they have in boxing clubs? I have a regular clock up and while it has a second and minute hand on it, it's hard to keep track of the time when in the middle of a fight or doing padwork.

I have MP3's if you like? You could burn it to a CD and stick it on single track repeat. Would save you a chunk of cash. I use it at home and it works a treat. I have different tracks for different round lengths / break length.

It beeps 3 times for round start, 1 time for 30 seconds left in round, 3 times for round end (i.e. just like the beeper in our club).

I use a gymboss timer in my gym (http://www.gymboss.com/) - cheap and cheerful, but they're a pretty versatile bit of kit. Only problem is that you can't see the time that's left in a round......but you're gonna pay quite a bit more for a timer with a digital countdown display i'd imagine.

I got our timer here, they have a great selection and ship here.... you do need to buy an adaptor here as they are US 110 voltage.

Khannie- I really liked your idea of using a timed CD, very smart. Only thing is it wouldn't always work for me as I sometimes play music during the circuits or padwork to help with motivation.
