After a few days off which couldn't be avoided I headed out last night for a short one. 3 slowish miles.

5 miles at 9 min mile pace today. Had to watch my step, paths very slippy in places.

I'm sure I read in your log once that you don't do laps of car parks to make up distances...I'm sure I must have imagined it tho :p

Lovely run in the park this morning with shaz and nules. With the chatting I first glanced at the garmin at 7miles.
And yes I did round up the mileage to 8.5 miles by running around the car park. I'm a weirdo and proud of it. Pace was just over 10 min miles.

Headed out to do a five mile loop. Was not prepared for that wind, it was awful. In spite of it, I managed to keep my speed up. Really enjoyed this run apart from the last half mile where I sprinted uphill and into the wind.
A bit peeved as I arrived at my front door at 4.95 (was in no mood to round it up). Time was 40'20 pace 8'10.

Just over 7 miles to pick up my car this morning after a boozy lunch yesterday. Legs felt tired up to 4 miles and with the wind and the little hills, it was a tough one. Pace 8'50, time 1'02

7 miles this am, pace 8'51, time 1'02.
Tough going, legs felt heavy like all the chocolate I ate yesterday lodged itself down there.
