Or maybe I can come up with a new title incorporating Limerick!

    'Limerick you're a lady but I'm not'?:pac:[/Quote

I was thinking more along the lines of 'fear and loathing in Limerick'

There are a high proportion of solicitors in Limerick all right, they're there to help all those poor Clare women forced into arranged marriages with farm animals and the like :P

Did somebody call an ambulance chaser?! I have a business card... And a car in which I could travel incognito to Limerick for work (it's already on bricks!!)

Lovely group run this am, perfect conditions and nice company. 13 miles in 1'59, pace 9'12. Really enjoyed this run, kinda wanted to do another 6 mile loop.

As for Raheny, the choice has been taken out of my hands. Unfortunately I'll have to pass on this one.

Am glad now I'm not racing today, the legs are tired.

Jealous of all the brilliant racing yesterday and all those PBs, I headed out tonight hoping to push myself a little bit.

Your training is going great K. Have you a race in the near future?

Prob catch up in the park in the next week or 2.

Was taking this nice and handy around marlay park, but as the park was closing, I had to step it up a gear.
