A recipe for disaster. You'd never recover from the dizziness.

If I were to log my runs I'd have no time to invest dragging yours into the gutter!

7 miles this am in 1'01, pace (non recovery!!) 8'47.
Legs were tired in the start but livened up and still felt pretty good (I'm probably still basking in the glow of a croke park victory last night.....even if it's just the league!)

Headed out tonight for 5 or 6 but ended up doing 8.5 (shaz, that will even out Saturday's run!!).
Legs were quite tired for the first 4 or 5 miles, was going too fast I know. I ended strongly. Pace was 8'39.

What's your plan for the weekend? I'm hopefully doing 16 with 10 at marathon pace if you fancy something different?

I'ld be game for that 10 at MP if no one else is pistol. Whats your marathon pace by the way and what day suits you?

I'm racing in enniscorthy on Sunday, so will have a rest day or very easy day on Sat.

Will do. I'll get the 6 in beforehand and see you there at 9. You can think up a nice route.
