Far too far...You’re behaving like the old man in the armchair in the corner of the nursing home who makes inappropriate comments at the sweet innocent nurses!

Long run yesterday, 13 miles. Garmin ran out of power at 11.5 miles, so not sure of time or pace - but I'm not really bothered, just wanted to get the miles in.

Jebas jcsmum, you're putting in some load of miles, even when on hols  Fair dues to you! Hope you had a nice break in the sunshine :).

I tried to go running in the mornings last week - it made the lounging by the pool and overeating more sweet! The weather wasn't all that great to be honest - some very windy blustery days but it was fabulous all the same.
I've signed up for the Cork marathon in June, so I better start tweaking out a training programme for myself. I want to be in the sub-4 gang. :)

    You're doing really well!!

And we'll both join the Sub 4's soon enough ;)

Well fair dues to you for staying so committed! Glad you enjoyed it.

Best of luck with the Cork plan, not that you need it, you'll be well under 4 hrs.
