Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Match Thread: North London Derby - Arsenal v Tottenham Hotspur [12.45pm SS2]

No match thread yet and it's on in just under 17hrs!

Anyway; from an Arsenal prospective I think we have enough to beat Spurs. They've been shaky at the back this season and with RVP coming back you'd have to think his unbelieveable stats when he plays with Fabregas can come into play again.

Concerns would be; (i) We won't double mark Bale and (ii) Van Der Vaart is immense atm.

    Come on the Gunners! :)

Spurs haven't won at Arsenal since 1993 and that stat ain't going to change tomorrow. Arsenal to win 3-1.............

  • Registered Users Posts: 3,254 ✭✭✭shano_88

Im fairly confident about this one. If Spurs had there full team I think it would be alot closer.

In saying that, Bale, Modric and VDV will cause problems.

Very worried about this tomorrow now, Spurs have the players to really hurt us and I have a bad feeling Fab is gonna get himself sent off.

I predict the opposite of that.

Always slightly worried when this comes round but I reckon we'll be ok. We should have enough to win this providing we have a bit of discipline. Would like to see Song stay in front of the back 4, we could struggle if he leaves them exposed.

Spurs are paying 5/1 to win. I'm all over that.

Neither side should be overly confident as there's virtually nothing between them. If anything slightly spurs I'd say since they have a number of on form players. Looking really forward to it.

Close offside call there. Cant really tell from my stream if it was correct but commentator doesn't seem to think so.

    Fabregas is enjoying himself.

Spurs miss Huddlestone a lot. Could ruin their season. What a finish by Nasri, he's been sensational this season.
