Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

RESOLVED: Can't open files in zipped folder

I received an email today with a few zipped folders on it and when I try to open the files (Word Documents) from the zipped folders I get the following message:

Windows could not complete the extraction. The destination file could not be created.

Does anyone know what the problem is and how I could fix it?

I'm using Windows Vista and Word 2007 and the folders are password protected if that makes any difference?

That doesn't work either. When I try and extract the files I get an: Error 0x80004005: Unspecified error message.

I'm downloading 7-Zip now, I'll see if I have any success with that.

    Thanks
