All the big ones are there - 1997, 1998, etc, right up to 2010. It gives synoptic explanations, charts of the day, ship…

Here's an excellent publication from the US NWS, issued every 4 months, covering many interesting topics, but most of all, giving detailed summaries of North Atlantic storms for the preceding period. All the big ones are there - 1997, 1998, etc, right up to 2010. It gives synoptic explanations, charts of the day, ship reports, etc, and is geared towards mariners, but will be of interest to every one of you guys on this forum.

Incidentally, while we're on the subject, here's an excellent study on the 18th January 2007 storm (named Kyrill by Wetterpate) by Felix Weizenbach of www.wetteran.de

He has others here too, but they're in German (spricht ihr Deutsch?)
